Questions and answers

Commercial wok range questions

How much is a commercial wok range?

Prices depend on size and options. Get an estimated range online in minutes — no account needed. Choose the wok holes, the rear stock burner, the faucet and the size in the online configurator and add the other items you need, and the quote request shows an estimated range. We then review your request and send you the final quotation.

How many wok holes can a commercial wok range have?

One, two or three. Each wok hole takes 600 mm of length, so a one-hole range starts at 600 mm, a two-hole range at 1200 mm and a three-hole range at 1800 mm. You can make it longer, up to 2400 mm.

Can a wok range have a rear stock burner and a water faucet?

Yes, both are optional. A rear stock burner is a low burner at the back for stock pots, and it needs a width of at least 800 mm. A swan-neck faucet over the range is for topping up and rinsing.

Which stainless steel do you use for wok ranges?

Food-grade SS304 stainless steel as standard, and laboratory-grade SS316 on request, in a brushed, mirror or satin finish.

Do you install your wok ranges, and is there a warranty?

Yes. We design, fabricate, deliver and install, then commission everything on site. Service and support continue after handover. We give a 6-month service warranty on our equipment and work. Full-kitchen projects also include 12 months of preventive maintenance service (PMS) with KitchenShield™.
