Options

Choose your range hood

A range hood is the canopy over your cooking line. Choose its type, its filters and its lighting, then give us your length and depth.

What you can choose

Every combination is made to order.

Type
A wall canopy, against a wall and over a cooking line; an island canopy, open on all four sides, over a cooking block that stands on its own; or a slim, low-profile canopy for a low ceiling or a counter line.
Grease filters
Stainless baffle filters, or none (an open canopy) where the filters are fitted elsewhere in the duct.
Lighting
With a lamp and switch, or without.
Size
Made to your length and depth. A wall canopy is at least 500 mm deep, an island canopy at least 1200 mm long and 700 mm deep, and a slim canopy no deeper than 500 mm. The canopy height follows the type: about 500 mm for a wall or island canopy and about 350 mm for a slim one.
Construction
SS304 stainless steel · welded canopy with grease trough and oil cup · wall-mounted canopy · stainless baffle grease filters.
Material
Food-grade SS304 as standard, or laboratory-grade SS316 on request.
Finish
Brushed, mirror or satin.

A hood is planned together with its ducting, blower and fresh-air supply. See our exhaust and fresh-air systems.
